Everyone here was very good and welcoming.

The hotel was wonderful and clean with good wi-fi. The location was favourable and amazing, very close to the beach in Cairns, the mountains, and the Restaurant and Cafe. Furthermore, nice to walk along the esplanade. The room was spacious and with an awesome view over the ocean...

Staff were professional and helpful. The facilities were clean, neat & stylish. The view from our room overlooking the ocean was wonderful.

Bit far away from city centre to walk everyday (courtesy bus was available but only hourly) I would have like lounges or relaxed lounge chairs in the sports bar section for late arvo snacks/drinks - the current decor is tables & chairs similar to the restaurant which were far too formal for this type of area.

The staff were great and we had a wonderful time.

We loved the room it was comfortable, modern and the view were beautiful. We had our car but the complimentary shuttle service to the city centre was a good added extra.

We enjoyed our stay with an lovely view from our room! The nearby eateries along the boardwalk were perfect for family dinners. Don't miss the breakfast options. The fresh local fruits were a highlight!

The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable and clean. Being a good distance from the city centre I liked the 'free' drop off to and from the centre of town. The breakfasts are great and copious especially if one has a busy day ahead.

This place suits me perfectly! The free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and wonderful poolside snack bar provide everything I need. I still remember how the staff helped me print my boarding pass on my first stay.

A good location away from the noise and bustle of the town centre, yet within easy reach of the towns facilities. There was a free bus service into the town at hourly intervals. We had a room on the fifth floor with views over the sea which was well appointed and spacious.
